Team:
The Global Safety & Security (GS&S) team at Salesforce is responsible for protecting employees, customers, partners, and events around the world. Our 13 global programs range from delivering on-site security programs at our offices and events, delivering engaging safety and security awareness programming, understanding impacts of geopolitical events to the company, monitoring and responding to crises or disasters, and managing the nearly 20,000 security technology devices in our offices.

The analytics, insights, and business operations team within GS&S is responsible for ensuring these mission-critical programs can make data-driven decisions and operate without roadblocks. In this role, you will work with a global team with a wealth of diverse data sources and tools to solve complex problems.
Internship:
As an intern, you can expect business insights work including requirements gathering, understanding business processes and tools, and developing and presenting analytics products (i.e. dashboards). Your work will involve exploratory data engineering and machine learning efforts (i.e. testing theories, studying existing data, etc.).
Required Qualifications:
Enrolled and working towards obtaining a BS/MS in Information Systems or related field. Please note that in order to be eligible for an internship, we require that you be returning to school the following quarter/semester to work towards completing your degree
Must be attending a College or University in North America
Hands-on experience with SQL and Tableau for data analysis
Project management experience
Google Slides/Docs/Sheets or related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Quality assurance experience
Executive presentation experience
Salesforce CRM analytics/reporting experience
Hands-on experience with Python, Sagemaker, AI/ML models
