Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Durham, NC Hybrid Model

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Required: 7+ years of experience with Copado

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to support the Child Welfare program. This role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying customized Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, and have hands-on experience with Copado.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validations, and process automation.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and legacy systems.
• Conduct unit testing, assist QA teams, and ensure production stability.
• Use Copado for release management, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, analysts, QA, and end users.
• Document design specifications, development activities, and system configurations.
• Manage development tasks in Jira Scrum and Kanban boards.
• Participate in JAD sessions to gather and refine business and technical requirements.
• Analyze system impacts of new requirements and align designs with strategic goals.
• Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot Salesforce performance and data issues.
• Remediate vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with privacy and security standards.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and enforce development standards.
