Warehouse Associate will perform a variety of routine shipping, receiving, customer support, and housekeeping tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

Receiving

• Receive and Unload incoming materials (including Field Returns). Verifies the BOL is accurate to pallet and carton counts. Noting all over, short and damages.
• Verifies packing list is accurate to contents and advises lead & supervisor of any discrepancies.
• Receives material against system generated purchase orders & stocks all material within 24 hours of receipt (includes sorting, counting, packing, labeling).
• Distribute non-inventory packages as required
• Other duties as assigned

Shipping

• Prepares and packs material for Customer shipments.
• Responsible for Quality Assurance of shipment contents.
• Responds quickly to urgent, customer facing issues.
• Assists in the loading and unloading of trucks
• Support Timely and Accurate fulfillment and shipment of maintenance work orders.
• Prepares shipments for ‘RTV’ Return to Vendor or RMA
• Other duties as assigned

Inventory Control

• Follows and supports initiatives to improve and ensure inventory accuracy throughout
• Assist with daily cycle inventory counts and reconciliation to validate inventory accuracy.
• Support Production with timely and accurate material requests.
• Responsible for all asset movement and returns/RMA material
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License (minimal driving on behalf of company).
• Knowledge of general warehouse, shipping and receiving best practices (includes international shipments), inventory management practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Dynamics AX , SAP by Design or similar ERP Software
• Ability to meet physical requirements including: variety of standing, sitting and walking throughout the day; repeated twisting at the torso while lifting and pulling inventory from shelves; regular lifting of up to 20lbs and occasional lifting of 30-40lbs, occasional climbing of ladders; usage of reach truck and pallet jacks.
