Position: Facilities and Procurement Admin

Location : 100% Remote (Must reside in the states below) 

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: M-F (40 hours a week)

Pay: $21-$24/hr

*Candidate must reside in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, ID, IL, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, TN, TX, WA, WY.

PRN is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Facilities and Procurement Administrator to support our growing team. In this vital role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics and corporate offices by managing vendor relations, processing invoices, and providing administrative support. General Admin Support – 40%

• Manage and maintain Master clinic list for vendors
• Manage and maintain clinic credentials for vendor hosted sites such as Order.co, System4, SpendMap and Flagship
• Order supplies for clinics/corporate offices as needed
• Finalize System4 work orders to ensure clinic satisfaction of services

Finance Management – 50%

• Process invoices in Concur
• Resolve any questions/communications with AP with regard to invoice and/or ServiceOne tickets

Other Tasks – 10%

• Other tasks as assigned to assist with supporting the clinic operations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in administrative or office management roles preferred.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of administrative experience in a corporate or professional setting.
