Our primary areas of focus are: Architecture/Engineering (A/E) Services, Defense Program, Design/Build, Classified, and Environmental.  **Preferred Qualifications** Assigned to projects for U.S. Government Agency/Department clients. Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. Preferred design experience related to any of the following subject matters: + Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commissioning on projects of similar size and scope. Provide documented experience as a lead person responsible for commissioning of systems of the type and complexity similar to the systems in the construction projects. + Federal industry experience + Knowledge of mechanical and control's system startup, TAB, and PVT **Minimum Qualifications** Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing. Minimum of 5 years related work experience All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. **Certifications** Professional Engineer License preferred Commissioning Agent, certified by a national recognized commissioning organization. Acceptable certifications include: 1. ACG Certified Commissioning Agent, 2. AEE Certified Building Commissioning Professional 3. BCA Certified Commissioning Professional 4. ICB/TABB Certified Commissioning Supervisor 5. NEBB Certified Commissioning Professional **Work Environment and Schedule** This position would require working in a typical office environment. The position may entail prolonged periods of sitting and computer use, and the professional would ideally be able to maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the workday. The position may also require physical tasks during site visits, including crouching, grasping, and standing/walking for extended periods of time.This role could require up to 50% travel.
