Job Description

Casa Union Realty Group is searching for a meticulous and organized Bilingual Transaction Coordinator to manage the contract-to-close process and offer vital support to our real estate team in ensuring seamless transactions. The perfect candidate will excel at handling timelines, communicating with clients, partners, and vendors, and guaranteeing full compliance with all required documentation.   • Efficiently and accurately manage the contract-to-close process, ensuring all deadlines and paperwork are met promptly in Phoenix, AZ, US.
  • Coordinate with agents, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other essential parties to facilitate seamless real estate transactions in Phoenix, AZ, US.
  • Verify and ensure the compliance of all transaction documentation, including contracts, disclosures, and closing statements, in Phoenix, AZ, US.
  • Maintain meticulous and up-to-date transaction records in the CRM, transaction management software, and internal filing systems in Phoenix, AZ, US.
  • Support the commission tracking and invoicing processes to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Evaluate transaction workflows and propose enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • To be considered for the Bilingual Transaction Coordinator position in Phoenix, AZ, real estate experience is required along with a Real estate License.
